Cleaning Checklist

This sounds a bit boring but its a vital tool to allow us to estimate your job accurately.

The checklist helps us create an accurate quote and not forget anything.

This list will vary on the type of job but is a good example of the jobs we do as standard. Each week you can prioritise the items such that if we run out of time we know what to prioritise.

Please note the default (not deep clean) standard services is how we will operate unless specially agreed otherwise! It's a common sense quality approach but, occasionally clients have different expectations and its important for us to all agree what is and what's not covered.

Cleaning Checklist: Regular & deep clean (see optional items)

Please note this list changes occasionally and the later version may be found in the client portal., for site members.

All Rooms

❖ Cobwebs removed

❖ Dust blinds

❖ Dust light fixtures

❖ Dust all accessible furniture

❖ Clean all glass (max 2 per room)

❖ Remove any trash in cans and replace liners

❖ Vacuum upholstered furniture

❖ Vacuum floors

❖ Mop all hard surface floor

Additional deep clean items:

❖ Dust fans that can be reached on a 3 step ladder

❖ Wet wipe fans that can be reached on a 3 step ladder

❖ Clean and disinfect light switches

❖ Clean skirting boards

Kitchen

❖ Empty & Load dishwasher (if applicable)

❖ Appliance exteriors cleaned

❖ Cabinet exterior cleaned

❖ Clean backsplash

❖ Clean inside and outside of microwave

❖ Clean countertop

❖ Clean tables

❖ Polish all stainless steel

❖ Clean and polish sink

Additional deep clean items:

❖ Interior Oven (optional)

❖ Interior Refrigerator (optional)

Bathroom

❖ Clean and disinfect toilet (make sure to reach behind)

❖ Clean and scrub soap holder

❖ Clean and scrub shower walls

❖ Clean and scrub showers and showers doors

❖ Clean and disinfect bathtub

❖ Clean and disinfect sinks

❖ Towels neatly folded/hung

Additional deep clean items:

❖ Clean and scrub shower head

❖ Beds made
